Texas DIR Master Cooperative Contract
Distinctive AFWS Designs, Inc. (DDi) is proud to offer our Flood Early Warning Systems (FEWS) Technology Services through the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Master Cooperative Contract. This page is maintained exclusively for DIR Contract purposes and is separate from DDi’s standard commercial offerings.
Awarded Services
Under this DIR Contract, DDi provides the following technical services:
- Installation — Professional installation of flood early warning system components and infrastructure.
- Maintenance — Ongoing and preventive maintenance of FEWS equipment and systems, including field servicing of gauging locations, repeater sites, and receive locations.
- Training — Hands-on training for client staff on the proper operation, fundamentals, and techniques of remote sensing and flood warning technologies.
- System Analysis — Evaluation and assessment of existing flood warning systems to identify performance gaps, improvement opportunities, and cost efficiencies.
- System Design — Custom design of complete flood early warning systems tailored to the unique hydrological and meteorological needs of each client.
This contract covers Technical Services only. Resellers are not available on this contract.

- Receive a Quote — DDi will provide a written quote referencing DIR Contract DIR-CPO-6195 and applicable contract pricing.
- Generate a Purchase Order — Make the purchase order payable to Distinctive AFWS Designs, Inc. and reference DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-6195 on your purchase order.
- Submit Your Order — Email your purchase order and quote form to your designated DDi sales representative.
This contract may be used by state and local government, public education, and other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state.
